When will the sold-out items be back?
When something is out of stock we say so on the page rather than at checkout. Join the restock list at the bottom of this page and you'll get one email the day it lands.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $50 CAD. Delivery windows and any charges below that are set out in full in our shipping policy, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your returns policy?
30 days from delivery, no reason required. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Full terms are in our return and refund policy.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes, in CAD, USD and INR. Switch currency in the bar at the very top of any page, and the price you see is the price you're charged.
Why is the range so small?
Because stocking things we haven't used ourselves would make us a catalogue rather than a shop. The range grows slowly, and only with tools we'd keep in our own kitchen.
